You must be present to sign up and you must be at least 21 years old to participate.

Performers may perform 1 to 2 songs, depending on number of people signed up. Join Host Bruce Martin in Pete’s intimate music room for a lively night of performances. Open Mic at Pete’s has been running for 15 years and has provided a springboard for many a NY performer now booking gigs around the city and beyond.

Be warned; we are not a forum for cover songs. The Open Mic at Pete’s is intended as a high quality venue for musicians and performers to present their original material. If you play an instrument, please bring it with you – as we do not provide instruments for you. However, we do have a keyboard stand. We do not have a back up band. We can provide an aux cable, if you are playing a backing track from your phone. While we are not a Comedy Open Mic, our host will try to fit in the occasional spoken word performer if the sign up allows space.
